Terms Of Use and Services All services are hireable subject to availability and your budget standards. By accepting my goods or services hiring by phone, or email you agree to the below terms and conditions: NB: Rights to shot material are waived only upon full and final payment in accordance with the copyright, design and patents act 1988. 1. All services must be paid before 90 working day after first correct invoice hass issued, if failure to do so you will be charged £25 admin fee every 7 non working days for late payment. Any discounts that you have been given will be invalid. I also reserve the right to claim statutory interest at 8% above the bank of England base rate at the date the debt becomes overdue in accordance with the late payment of commercial debts (interest) act 1998. 2. Invoices must be paid in GB pounds sterling with a cheque drawn on a UK bank(0.50p Admin charge on all cheques), Internet Transfer(preferred payment type), BACs or in cash 3. Stated Website prices are subject to change. 4. If no payment continues an offical invoice stating that you overdue shall be issued to you via post and a case will be made against you via BECTU and small claims court at your expense. 5. An order confirmation form or call sheet will be treated as acceptance of my terms. 6. Not included in the above prices - tape stock, travel expenses, travel by car @ 40p per mile, road/tunnel/bridge tolls and congestion charges, car parking, accommodation other reasonable expenses. 7. Rights to shot material are waived only upon full and final payment in accordance with the copyright, design and patents act 1988. 8. Any damages made to any equipment once hired shall be invoiced direct to the hirer or the person who damaged the equipment. If in any way the equipment was damaged due to a wet hire or dry hire on the shoot or because the shoot was dangerous in any way the person who hired/ employer shall be responsible and liable for the payment of repair/ replacement. 9. In any way if James Ian Gray/ JGrayOnline has to replace an item due to damage/ loss/ missuse or any distructive method of his equipment the employer/ hirer shall take full responsibility in replacing each and every item. If required that an insurance claim has to be made the employer/ hirer shall take the full cost of this bill and shall be paid immediatly. 10. On taylored/ customised hire/ services there are no refunds, on any services that do have a refund policy there shall be a £25 administrator fee, also investigation into why there needs to be a refund. 11. There is no booking fees (unless cancelled) but if you book and do not cancel you shall be charged for the full use and full days rate. 12. Cancellation before 24hrs of booking will not incur any charges. But after 24hrs of cancellation depending on situation or rescheduling will be charged upto the full amount and expenses occurred. 13. Any money that has not paid off by the 90 days given reviewed and if no deal has been agreed your debt may be brought out by a debt company. This will no longer be an agreement between you and JGrayOnline. If the debt is sold on you may occur extra charges outside the control of JGrayOnline. 14. If you have paid some of the invoice but not all of the invoice then all new terms and conditions apply. If you fail to pay after 90days the full payment you are subjected to all new terms and conditions changes.
